Kim Polinder

Founder & Keynote Speaker

My 52-year journey has been one of self-acceptance, trust, and overcoming adversity. Born in Seoul, Korea, I was adopted into a conservative white Christian family in small-town Washington, where I grappled with abandonment and isolation. Through introspection and spiritual exploration, I found solace in meditation, Eastern philosophy, and Bhakti yoga. With two masters degrees in Spiritual Psychology and Clinical Mental Health, I blend Eastern and Western perspectives in counseling. Utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral and Solution-Focused techniques, I assist individuals and couples in navigating emotional pain and relationship challenges. My integrative approach addresses root cause, empowering clients to move forward with new skills, self-compassion, and resilience.

Mason O'Sullivan

Certified Relationship Coach

Growing up in Southern VA within a Baptist family, I led a hidden, dual life, unable to share my true self. Through my healing journey and devotion to Bhakti Yoga and Eastern philosophy, I've dedicated myself to helping others find healing and vulnerability in their lives. I am currently completing my masters in Clinical Mental Health to be a licensed therapist in CA. With over 300 certified hours as a Yoga meditation teacher, a coaching certification, and weekly mentorship under Kim Polinder, I facilitate progress by using Cognitive-Behavioral and Narrative techniques to provide insights and empower clarity. Focusing on empathy and understanding, I aim to foster positive shifts in your life and relationships, helping you strengthen your connection with others through clear communication and mutual empathy.

With nearly three decades of marriage and motherhood under my belt, I've gained invaluable insights into navigating long-term relationships. My passion lies in challenging and encouraging couples to explore new perspectives, take personal responsibility, and strive for shared goals. Drawing from my own journey of overcoming hardship, I inspire others to realize their potential and live their best lives. Embracing Emerson's philosophy, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, returning to dance and adopting practices like yoga and meditation to overcome lifelong challenges. I am currently completing a masters in Clinical Mental Health to be a licensed therapist in CA. With a background in dance education, yoga teaching, coaching, and public speaking, coupled with weekly mentorship under Kim Polinder, I assist couples in fostering healthy communication and connection. Together, we'll rediscover the essential components of a healthy relationship, building a strong and lasting bond where each person feels seen, heard, and understood.

Lila Roe

Breakwork and Yoga Instructor

I have been teaching yoga, breathwork & meditation for over 10 years. Originally trained in LA, I have made over half a dozen pilgrimages to India and have spent the past decade studying & teaching to all levels of yoga practitioners, leading teacher trainings and managing yoga studios. After having my first child, unmedicated and at home, I delved deeper into breathwork for labor & delivery, because I found it to be the most useful tool at my disposal during that intense time. I recently founded “Prana for Mama” to teach moms-to-be and their support persons how to use their breath as a tool to stay calm, and to manage the pain & strong emotions that arise during labor. I have also adapted these techniques to teach people how to manage strong emotions that arise from triggers and trauma responses in a safe and healing space.
