Is the price per person or per couple?
Retreat prices for both individuals and couples are listed. See our pricing page here.
Can I pay in installments?
You can pay in three monthly installments via a payment contract. Final balance is due by July 31, 2024.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MC, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Paypal, or Zelle.
Which airport should we fly into?
We recommend flying into the Palm Springs International airport (PSP), but Los Angeles (LAX) and Orange County (SNA) are also good options. You will need to arrange transportation from the airport of your choice to the event hotel.
Do we need to rent a car for the weekend?
It is up to you if you want to rent a car. The Renaissance hotel is five minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), and the hotel is located near restaurants and shops. It is your responsibility to arrange for your ground transportation needs for the weekend.

Will meals or snacks be provided?
Coffee, tea, and water will be provided daily. Extended breaks will be provided so that you can explore restaurants of your choice, but meals and snacks will not be provided as part of the retreat.
I am not currently in a romantic relationship. Do we need to sign up with a partner to get the most out of the retreat?
You can sign up solo as an individual. The skills you will learn will help you in any and all of your interpersonal relationships! Having confidence in your new-found relationship skills will help you understand what you need when it comes to seeking a romantic partner.
Can I come with a friend or family member instead of a romantic partner?
Yes! The skills learned this weekend will apply to all of your interpersonal relationships and give you skills for listening, empathizing, communicating, and understanding your core wounds and triggers. Come with a family member!
Can I arrive Saturday and/or leave Sunday?
Yes, you can, but we do encourage you to stay for the retreat's entirety in order to get the most out of the skills labs and learn from the group coaching and group share discussions! There will not be any price difference if you only attend Saturday/Sunday.
I can't make the full weekend, Fri-Sun. Will the retreat be recorded so that I can watch the replay?
You will receive a welcome packet that includes handouts outlining the skills and tools you will be learning. The retreat is live, and replays will not be provided. We kindly request that you do not record the classes and workshops to respect the confidentiality and privacy of those attending.
Am I required to attend all of the classes and workshops?
This is your investment in your personal growth, and you are not required to attend every event. However, to get the most out of the retreat and build up your skills toolkit, it is recommended that you participate in all of the activities offered.
Is it possible to schedule a private session with Kim this weekend?
Due to the packed retreat schedule, there will not be time for Kim to meet privately with clients. However, Kim and her coaches will be available for Q&A throughout the weekend.
Is the $500 deposit refundable?
We have limited spots available for the retreat. The $500 deposit guarantees your spot and is not refundable due to there being a waiting list when the retreat registration is full.
Do you offer any discounts for military or AARP?
We offer a $100 discount for military or individuals 55 and over.
