Retreat Schedule

12 -1:30 PM

Arrivals

Please arrive at the hotel between 12 and 1:30 PM on Friday, October 4th. If they have your room available when you arrive, feel free to drop your bags and freshen up. Otherwise, you can bring your luggage to the event space and check in to your hotel room at the designated time. Lunch will not be provided, so make sure to eat beforehand!

1:30 - 3 PM

Welcome Orientation and Introductions

Gather with Kim and fellow participants to embark on this transformative journey. Get acquainted with one another and receive a comprehensive overview of the retreat schedule, including details on workshops, activities, and opportunities for reflection. Set the stage for meaningful connections and shared experiences as you prepare to delve into a weekend of growth, healing, and connection.

3 - 4 PM

Hotel Room Check-In

4 - 5:15 PM

Breathwork / Yin Yoga / Intention Setting

Embark on a grounding journey with Lila as she guides you through advanced Breathwork techniques and deep Yin Yoga poses. Dive into the stillness of your inner landscape, allowing the breath to lead you into profound states of relaxation and self-awareness. Take this opportunity to set and share your intentions for the retreat, grounding yourself in purpose and creating a sacred space for personal growth and connection.

5:30 - 7:30 PM

Evening Break

Take time to unwind and explore the lovely restaurants in Downtown Palm Springs! 

7:30 - 9 PM

Group Class: Attachment Styles & Conflict Resolution Patterns

In a comprehensive class led by Kim, you'll delve into the intricate world of attachment theory, gaining insight into the various attachment styles that shape our relationships. Through engaging discussions and interactive exercises, Kim will help you identify your attachment style and that of your partner. You'll explore how these attachment patterns influence how conflicts arise and are resolved within your relationship dynamic. 

9 - 10 PM

Evening Q&A (Optional)

Kim will be available for questions as we wind down for the evening.
